Now, outside political forces are threatening it. Bob has gone to Des Moines and will continue —not once, but many times—to push back on state interference and demand respect for local voices. He’s standing guard for the future of our city—and he won’t back down.
As the former President of the Cedar Trails Partnership, Bob transformed vision into action by securing major funding, identifying locations for the initial 225 signs, and coordinating installation with city governments and INRCOG. This created many family-friendly spaces in the Cedar Valley!
He sees trails not just as paths—but as progress!
